Melinda, I'm checking this blog regularly for updates. I spoke to Tim and your mom on Sunday. We were hoping that he was able to have surgery yesterday. When is your mom returning to work? Keep us posted. OUr thoughts and prayers are with everyone.

Wendy, He was not able to have surgery yesterday because they did not feel he was stable enough. He did go into surgery today at 1:15. He will be in surgery for 2 hours. Mom does not know when she will return to work because they are not sure when all his surgeries will be done. She is planning on working part-time and using sick time for the rest.
